Description

The CA38H-50-220-K-T2 is an axial leaded, hermetically sealed non-solid electrolyte all-tantalum capacitor rated at 50 V and 220 uF with tolerance code K (+/-10%). Key electrical limits include DC leakage current of 2 uA max at 25degC and 16 uA max at 230degC, ESR of 0.9 Ohm max at 120 Hz, and ripple current of 2300 mA. It operates from -55degC to +230degC and conforms to GJB733B-2011 and Q/TCPC2005-2024.
