Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and have all original tags attached. Your refund request will be processed after we receive the return and confirm it is correct.
If the return is due to RFecho’s error (such as the wrong product being shipped or the product being damaged), we will refund the full amount and bear the return shipping costs. Refund processing usually takes 5 to 10 working days to complete.
Return steps:
Please log in to your account, enter the “My Orders” page, select the order that needs to be returned and click the return button. We will notify you of return details and refund progress via email upon confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on inspection mentioned in return.
If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will issue a full refund. Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled but you may follow our returns policy.
Please note that once a custom or special order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Policy
RFecho offers worldwide shipping. We will provide estimated shipping and delivery times based on your chosen courier service and destination. Typically orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
International orders may incur additional customs fees and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges will be calculated based on package weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout. To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend that customers confirm that the shipping address provided is accurate when placing an order.
