Description
The OUS1AG THRU US1MG series consists of 1.0 Ampere glass passivated surface mount ultra fast rectifiers. These devices are characterized by low leakage, high reliability, and high current/surge capabilities. Encapsulated in a molded plastic SMA (DO-214AC) package with flame-retardant epoxy, they are designed for easy pick and place surface mount applications and can withstand high-temperature soldering.
