Description
The OSS32-OSS320 series are 3 Ampere surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers in DO-214AB (SMC) package. These devices feature metal silicon junctions with majority carrier conduction, low power loss, and high efficiency. They are designed for high forward surge current capability and are ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications.
