Description
The CAK36C-10-6000-K-CB1-A is a hermetically sealed high-energy composite tantalum electrolytic capacitor rated at 10 V and 6000 uF with tolerance code K (+/-10%). The rated voltage is derated to 6 V for high-temperature operation, with a surge voltage of 11 V. Key electrical limits include tanδ of 120% max at 100 Hz, ESR of 0.35 Ohm max at 1 kHz, DC leakage current of 100 uA max at 25degC and 800 / 1000 uA max at 125degC/150degC, and impedance of 8 Ohm max at 100 Hz. Capacitance change is -80 / +85 / +90% at -55degC and +60%/+70% at 125degC/150degC. The device operates from -55degC to +150degC, with voltage derating required above +85degC, and conforms to GJB733B-2011 and Q/TCPC2001-2024.
