Description
The CAK36C-100-900-K-CE1-CL is a hermetically sealed high-energy composite tantalum electrolytic capacitor rated at 100 V and 900 uF with tolerance code K (+/-10%). The rated voltage is derated to 60 V for high-temperature operation, with a surge voltage of 110 V. Key electrical limits include tanδ of 35% max at 100 Hz, ESR of 0.18 Ohm max at 1 kHz, DC leakage current of 200 uA max at 25degC and 1600 / 2000 uA max at 125degC/150degC, and impedance of 8 Ohm max at 100 Hz. Capacitance change is -50 / +55 / +60% at -55degC and +60%/+70% at 125degC/150degC. The device operates from -55degC to +150degC, with voltage derating required above +85degC, and conforms to GJB733B-2011 and Q/TCPC2001-2024.
