Description
The CAK36C-25-15000-K-CE1-CL is a hermetically sealed high-energy composite tantalum electrolytic capacitor rated at 25 V and 15000 uF with tolerance code K (+/-10%). The rated voltage is derated to 15 V for high-temperature operation, with a surge voltage of 27.5 V. Key electrical limits include tanδ of 120% max at 100 Hz, ESR of 0.08 Ohm max at 1 kHz, DC leakage current of 150 uA max at 25degC and 1200 / 1500 uA max at 125degC/150degC, and impedance of 2 Ohm max at 100 Hz. Capacitance change is -80 / +75 / +80% at -55degC and +60%/+70% at 125degC/150degC. The device operates from -55degC to +150degC, with voltage derating required above +85degC, and conforms to GJB733B-2011 and Q/TCPC2001-2024.
