The OTY0P10P8P80 solid-state power amplifier covers 0.1 GHz to 0.8 GHz in continuous-wave operation, taking an input of ≥0 dBm up to a dual-channel output of ≥49 dBm (80 W), with harmonic suppression ≤ −15 dBc and spurious suppression ≤ −60 dBc. It has two RF outputs, each with forward/reverse directional coupler sampling ports, and a 7-bit digital step attenuator providing ≥30 dB of attenuation control in steps of ≤0.25 dB. It runs from +28 V DC, drawing ≤24 A (≤660 W), and includes enable control, CAN bus communication, over-temperature, over/under-voltage, and over-current self-protection and fault reporting. Housed in a 350 mm × 200 mm × 30 mm, ≤2.30 kg module with external auxiliary forced-air cooling, it operates over −40 °C ~ +60 °C.
