The OTY0206P100 solid-state power amplifier covers 2 GHz to 6 GHz with a saturated output power of ≥100 W (typ. 120 W) and power gain of ≥50 dB (typ. 51 dB) into a 50 Ω input/output match, with gain flatness of ±2 dB. It operates from +24 V to +32 V DC (typ. +28 V DC, typ. 20 A at 100 W output) and includes an enable control input plus built-in protection against over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current, shutting down at 85°C ±5°C. Housed in a compact 180 x 120 x 25 mm, ≤2 kg module with SMA-K RF input, N-K RF output and a D-Sub 7W2 power/control connector, it is well suited to jamming, EMC, and test and measurement applications.
