Description
The OKBJ25A through KBJ25M series are 25A glass passivated bridge rectifiers featuring high case dielectric strength of 1500V RMS and a high surge overload rating of 350A peak. These devices are designed with a glass passivated die, housed in a molded plastic case with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and are ideal for printed circuit board applications. They offer low reverse leakage current and are fully RoHS compliant.
