The OTY0618P100 solid-state power amplifier covers 6 GHz to 18 GHz with a saturated output power of 100 W (typ.) and power gain of ≥50 dB into a 50 Ω input/output match, with gain flatness of ±1 dB. It operates from +28 V DC (quiescent typ. 9 A, dynamic typ. 20 A at 100 W output) and includes an enable control input plus built-in protection against over-temperature and over-current, shutting down at 85°C ±5°C. Housed in a compact 200 x 160 x 35 mm, ≤1.5 kg module with SMA-K RF input, N-K RF output and a D-Sub 7W2 power/control connector, it is well suited to jamming, EMC, and test and measurement applications.
