Description
The CAK36F-63-3000-K-FE1-E is a flange-mounted hermetically sealed high-energy composite tantalum electrolytic capacitor rated at 63 V and 3000 µF with tolerance code K (+/-10%). The rated voltage is derated to 37.8 V for high-temperature operation, with a surge voltage of 69.3 V. Key electrical limits include tanδ of 45% max at 100 Hz, ESR of 0.15 Ω max at 1 kHz, DC leakage current of 170 uA max at 25degC and 1360 / 1700 uA max at 125degC/150degC, and impedance of 5 Ω max at 100 Hz.
