Description
The OCS8N65 is an N-channel MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switch mode power supplies, electronic lamp ballasts based on half-bridge, and LED power supplies. It features low gate charge, low reverse transfer capacitance (typical 14pF), and fast switching. The device is 100% avalanche tested with improved dv/dt capability and is a RoHS compliant product.
