Description
The OCS9N65 is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for high efficiency switch-mode power supplies, electronic lamp ballasts based on half-bridge topologies, and LED power supply applications. It features a low gate charge, low reverse transfer capacitance (Crss typ. 14pF), and fast switching characteristics.
