Description
The OMBR30100 is a Schottky diode featuring a common cathode structure, low power loss, and high efficiency. It is designed for high-frequency switch power supplies, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications. It includes a guard ring for overvoltage protection, ensures high reliability, and operates at junction temperatures up tO175°C. This RoHS compliant product is available in TO-220C, TO-220MF, TO-263, and TO-252 packages.
