Description
The OMBR4045 series features 40.0 Amp Schottky Barrier Rectifiers designed for high current capability and low forward voltage drop. These devices offer high surge capability and high efficiency, housed in molded cases with UL-94 Class V-0 recognized flame retardant epoxy. They are suitable for single-phase, half-wave, 60Hz resistive or inductive loads, with high temperature soldering guaranteed up tO260°C for 10 seconds.
