Description
The OSR1040 thru OSR10100 series consists of Schottky Barrier Rectifiers designed for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. These devices feature a guardring for overvoltage protection, low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high forward surge capability.
