Description
The OSR2100/OSS210 series consists of Schottky diodes designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification. Available in axial lead (DO-15) and surface mount (SMA/SMAF/SMB) packages, these diodes feature low power loss, high efficiency, and high operating junction temperatures. They are equipped with a guard ring for overvoltage protection and are suitable for free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
