Description
The OSR2150/OSS215 is a series of Schottky barrier diodes designed for low power loss and high efficiency. They feature high operating junction temperatures, integrated guard rings for overvoltage protection, and are available in multiple package options including axial lead (DO-15) and surface mount (SMA/SMAF/SMB). These devices are RoHS compliant and ideally suited for use in low voltage, high frequency rectifiers, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications.
