Description
The OSR3150/ OSS315 series consists of Schottky barrier diodes specifically designed for use in low voltage, high frequency rectifiers, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications. These devices are characterized by their low power loss, high efficiency, and the ability tOoperate at high junction temperatures up tO175°C. They are available in both axial lead (DO-201AD) and surface mount (SMA, SMAF, SMB) packages, featuring a guard ring for overvoltage protection and high reliability.
