Description
The OSR3200L/OSS320L series are Schottky barrier rectifiers featuring low power loss and high efficiency. They are designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification and applications such as free wheeling diodes and polarity protection. These devices offer high operating junction temperature, guard ring protection for overvoltage, and are RoHS compliant, available in axial lead and SMD packages including DO-201AD, SMA, SMAF, and SMB.
