Description
The OSR360L/OSS36L series consists of high-performance Schottky diodes designed for low voltage, high-frequency rectification. Available in both axial lead (DO-27) and various surface-mount (SMA, SMAF, SMB) packages, these rectifiers feature low power loss, high efficiency, and a high operating junction temperature.
