Description
The OBAV19W, BAV20W, and BAV21W series consists of small-signal switching diodes designed for extreme fast switching applications. These devices are housed in a SOD123 package and offer repetitive peak reverse voltages ranging from 120V tO250V with an average forward current of 200mA, making them suitable for high-speed signal processing.
