Description
The OSB2045 through SB20200 series are 20.0 Ampere Super Barrier Rectifiers designed with patented technology for high efficiency and ultra-low power loss. These devices feature Schottky barrier chips, high junction temperature capability, and excellent thermal stability, making them ideal for use as bypass diodes in solar panels. They are packaged in a TO-277B molded plastic case which is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
