Description
The OSB10L45 through SB210L200 series consists of 20.0 A Super Barrier Rectifiers featuring Schottky Barrier Chip technology and patented Super Barrier Rectifier technology. Housed in a TO-277B molded plastic package, these devices offer high thermal reliability, high junction temperature operation, and excellent high-temperature stability. They are ideally suited for applications such as bypass diodes for solar panels, providing ultra-low power loss and high efficiency with a high forward surge capability of 180A.
