Description
This high-performance ultra-wideband power amplifier operates across the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range. It delivers a minimum saturated output power of 43 dBm with a small signal gain of at least 40 dB. The module is designed for continuous wave operation and includes comprehensive monitoring features such as temperature and current detection, along with an enable control interface. Housed in a compact 120 x 60 x 20 mm package, it utilizes SMA-Female connectors for RF signals and a J30J-9ZKP connector for DC power and control.
