Description
This high-performance ultra-wideband power amplifier operates across a frequency range of 2 to 18 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 45 dBm with a small signal gain of 45 dB and excellent power flatness of ±1.25 dB. Designed for CW working patterns, the device features fast switching capabilities with typical speeds of 50 ns. It is housed in a compact module with SMA-Female RF connectors and a 7W2 DC interface that includes integrated current and temperature monitoring functions.
