Description
The CAK36C-63-3900-K-CD5-BL is a hermetically sealed high-energy composite tantalum electrolytic capacitor rated at 63 V and 3900 uF with tolerance code K (+/-10%). The rated voltage is derated to 37.8 V for high-temperature operation, with a surge voltage of 69.3 V. Key electrical limits include tanδ of 35% max at 100 Hz, ESR of 0.06 Ohm max at 1 kHz, DC leakage current of 240 uA max at 25degC and 1920 / 2400 uA max at 125degC/150degC, and impedance of 1.8 Ohm max at 100 Hz. Capacitance change is -70 / +70 / +75% at -55degC and +60%/+70% at 125degC/150degC.
