Description

The MH713W is a four-channel transmitter IC covering 70–81 GHz. It integrates a local-oscillator signal path, a 1:4 power splitter, four power amplifiers, a temperature sensor, power detectors and an SPI interface. The four channels support simultaneous or time-division output. Operating state and channel switching are controlled with 3.3 V LVCMOS signals.

Applications: Millimeter-wave security screening, traffic radar, industrial monitoring and fire safety.

Product status: Production.
