Description
The CAK36C-80-3000-K-CE2-CL is a hermetically sealed high-energy composite tantalum electrolytic capacitor rated at 80 V and 3000 uF with tolerance code K (+/-10%). The rated voltage is derated to 48 V for high-temperature operation, with a surge voltage of 88 V. Key electrical limits include tanδ of 40% max at 100 Hz, ESR of 0.1 Ohm max at 1 kHz, DC leakage current of 400 uA max at 25degC and 3200 / 4000 uA max at 125degC/150degC, and impedance of 3 Ohm max at 100 Hz. Capacitance change is -65 / +50 / +65% at -55degC and +60%/+70% at 125degC/150degC. The device operates from -55degC to +150degC, with voltage derating required above +85degC, and conforms to GJB733B-2011 and Q/TCPC2001-2024.
