The OAN125N70D is a 700V GaN Power Transistor in a TO-220F package featuring low switching loss and an excellent figure of merit (FOM). It is designed for high-efficiency power supplies and USB PD adapters, eliminating the need for a free-wheeling diode thanks tOits low QRR.
